The service

ServiceX, operated by VERBALKING Holdings Inc, is a connection service. When you tap a service on our site, your phone places a call and we connect you with an independent service provider for that trade.

Calling is free and carries no obligation. Any quote, scheduling, or work agreement is between you and the service provider.

We are not the contractor

ServiceX does not perform home services and does not employ the providers. Providers are independent businesses responsible for their own licensing, insurance, pricing, and workmanship.

We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or outcome of any provider's work. Any dispute about work performed is between you and the provider.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site and phone lines only to request legitimate home services. Do not misuse the lines for spam, harassment, or fraudulent calls.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VERBALKING Holdings Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, your calls, or the work of any service provider.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
